Following the widespread success of the Bremont Armed Forces Collection in 2019, the brand are proud to unveil their latest addition to the collection: the Broadsword Bronze.
Bremont’s partnership with the Ministry of Defence and paying tribute to Her Majesty’s Armed Forces proves to be their proudest achievement. The use of bronze in this stunning collection pays homage to the metals history within the military world. For decades bronze has been used extensively in naval engineering due to its high corrosion resistance in salt water.
The Broadsword was initially designed as a contemporary take on the three handed ‘Dirty Dozen’ watch design – a collection of timepieces commissioned for the British Army during the second world war.
The beautiful Sotek colour features an eye-capturing teal colour dial, with a sub-dial at 6 o’clock. Arabic numerals take their place on the face of the timepiece as watch markers. The living bronze metal will develop its on patina over time, creating a bespoke look that ensures no two watches will ever look the same.
