The Aquatimer collection calls upon over 50 years’ experience in the development and production of professional diver’s watches, delivering high-performance models that have been engineered for the sea.
This Aquatimer Chronograph Edition “Laureus Sport For Good” Watch pays tribute to Laureus Sport for Good – a charitable organisation that aims to use the power of sport to end violence, discrimination and disadvantage, proving that sport can change the world.
Driven by an automatic, self-winding 89365 calibre IWC-manufactured movement, the distinctive Laureus blue dial is set within a 45mm stainless steel case with a vulcanised rubber coating and fastens with a blue rubber strap.
Optimising performance and precision, the dial is equipped with black hands with a luminescent coating, a date display and a sub-dial displaying stopped minutes at 12 o’clock, while a rotating bezel that guarantees the safe setting of dive times.
Water resistant to 30 metres.
Limited to 1000 pieces, the back of the case features an engraving of a drawing by a 15-year old Sri Lankan boy named Melan, inspired by the subject “Time to Learn”.
