At Regal Chrono, every timepiece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and the highest standards of quality. Each watch is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our precision, performance, and aesthetic standards. However, if your experience with us falls short of perfection, our team is committed to making it right.

1. When Your Watch Doesn’t Meet Your Expectations

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 45 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for sending the product back securely.

2. Manufacturing Quality and Craftsmanship Issues

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or craftsmanship issue, please contact our support team immediately.
All our watches are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, which includes repair or replacement for any confirmed factory defect. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

3. Delivery Delays and Missing Orders

We partner with trusted global carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery.
If your order is delayed or appears lost in transit, please reach out to us at support@regalchrono.com with your order number. Our team will assist in tracking your shipment or issuing a replacement where appropriate.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
